You created an account but did not get your password

When you create an account the web site will immediately send you an email with your initial password. If you do not get an email promptly, then one of two things happened: (1) You typed your email address incorrectly (as a result, the website sent your password to that incorrect email address), or (2) your email system rejected the password email our web site sent you.

The website won't let you create an account if you already have one with the same email address. So, if you think you typed your email address incorrectly, try creating a new account. If that's successful, and you get an email from the website with your password, it means you did type the email address incorrectly the first time. Not to worry. You're set up now.

If you try to create an account a second time and the website lets you do it but does not email you your password, and you are certain that you typed the email address correctly, then your internal email system is rejecting email from our website (considering it spam). Try adding research@dsaa.com to your address book. Then go the the "My account" page, click on the "Forgot your password" link and answer your challenge question. Hopefully the website's email with your password will now get through your email system.

If you try to create an account a second time but the website doesn't let you, then your account was established the first time with the correct email address. You have the same spam problem discussed in number 2 above.

You have a password, but the website rejects it

If you typed any leading or trailing blank spaces your login will fail. This is a common problem if you did a copy/paste of your user id or password. Please try again by re-typing your user id and password.

If you are certain you entered your user id and password correctly, then click on the "Forgot your user id or password?" link above and answer the challenge phrase you set up. (Or try each option if you forgot which one you selected.)

Not sure if you have an account?

If you are not sure whether or not you have an account, try creating one. If there is already an account with the same email address, the web site will not let you create a second account.

If all else fails, click on the "contact us" link at the bottom of this page and provide us with your name, your choice of user id, and your choice of a challenge phrase question and answer.
