September 3, 2010 - We update our online database of 5-unit and larger apartment sales for our Apartment Investment Report subscribers every week, usually on Friday. It now includes sales as recent as August 31, 2010.

This weekly apartment investment update is a summary of trends for the tri-county market area overall (King, Pierce, and Apartment counties) and is provided as a service to subscribers to our Apartment Advisor.

If you subscribe to The Apartment Advisor:

• Log in to your account (click here)

Once you have logged in:

• Be sure you are on your personal "My account" page (click the  "My account" tab on the navigation bar if you are on a different page)
• Scroll down to the "Subscriber resources" section
• Under the heading for "The Apartment Advisor"
• The second link is called "Weekly investment update"
• That's the link you want, so click it to get the weekly report.

If you subscribe to our Apartment Investment Report you can get details about the most recent sales and analyze apartment investment trends down to the neighborhood level for any property age group or size group range you want to analyze. You can even create your own custom market areas and generate reports of detailed sales information for specific sales comparables.
