We thank the professional property managers and property owners who contributed information for our annual study of line-item apartment expenses for apartment properties in the Puget Sound region, which will be published in The Apartment Expense Report in a couple of days.
Thanks to their support of the apartment investment industry and their commitment to this research, we are able to provide the industry with a detailed analysis of line-item operating costs based on actual 2009 statements for 86,387 units in 841 properties.
We would also like to thank all of the other professional property managers, owners, and owner representatives who participated in this year's research.
