The 2010 edition of The Apartment Expense Report is now available for subscribers and participants. This year's report analyzes line-item income and expense statements for 2009 for 841 apartment properties in the Puget Sound region containing 86,387 units. This research is made possible thanks to the 2010 Panel of Apartment Expense Experts.

Subscribers and participants

We posted a PDF of the printed report on the website for subscribers and participants, along with an Excel file of the data to make creating custom reports easy. We also updated the online database so users can create detailed customized reports online.

If you subscribe to or participate in the report, log in to your account:

• either click on the "My Account" tab on the navigation bar above or the "Log-in" tab at the far right of the navigation bar,
• then scroll down your "my account" page to the section on "Subscriber resources" or "Participant resources."
• That's where you will find links to the PDF of the report as well as a link to create detailed custom online reports.
