Our reports and newsletter analyze the apartment market in the Puget Sound region. Topics include: sale trends (prices, capitalization rates, gross income multipliers, financing, appreciation, and more), operating expenses, capital expenses and replacement reserves, rents, vacancies, concessions, new construction, absorption, renovation, financing, and more.
August 1, 2008: We will publish a new issue of The Apartment Investment Report and an Apartment Advisor. Both will be available near the middle of August. We'll also publish the online weekly 5-page apartment investment updates for Advisor subscribers and an update of our Condominium Conversion List near the end of August. We also update the online database of apartment sales almost every Friday morning so that Apartment Investment Report subscribers can create custom reports online using the most recent sales data.
Note: We use the "What's new" box on the home page to let subscribers and participants know when we have published something they can download.
This table shows which printed reports you receive and how long you have online access to custom reports (where applicable) if you subscribe today. If you want to begin your subscription with an earlier date, or the next issue rather than the current issue, please contact us. (Note: First time subscribers usually do not get a full year's access online. That's due to the timing of our publication dates. However, timely renewals do get a full year of online access.)
