May 1, 2008: May is a slow survey month. Except for our ongoing survey of apartment sales, we're not conducting any other surveys in May. Our next survey is the rent and vacancy survey for 20-unit and larger apartments. That happens in September.

Sending us the sign-up form will let us set up a contact record for you and a property record for your property/properties in our system so that we will mail you the next survey. |

Apartment expensesWe finished collecting income and expense information for our 2008 edition of The Apartment Expense Report in mid-February (the report analyzes 2007 expenses). If you would like to participate in next year's study of apartment expenses, make a note to send us your detailed 2008 income and expense statements in early 2009 (but not later than February 15th, 2009).
