Join property owners and managers who participate in our survey each April for more than 3,000 properties, and receive free, timely, reliable market research in return for your participation.
Participation is open to property managers and owners of single-family rental units, multiplexes (2-4 units), or 5-19 unit apartments in King and Snohomish counties.
We conduct the survey each spring, between April 5th and April 20th.
Participants receive a report of the survey results showing rents and vacancies by neighborhood and unit type (studios, one-bedrooms, etc.). Participants also have online access to the report as well as the ability to create their own more detailed custom reports. And participants have access to all of the articles on this website (most articles can only be viewed by our subscribers and participants).
We conduct this survey between April 5th and April 20th each year. To participate in the next survey, just complete the sign-up form (see the link below) and return it to us (email, mail, or fax).
Sending us the sign-up form will let us set up a contact record for you and a property record for your property/properties in our system so that we will mail you the next survey.
If you do participate in the next survey, you will receive a report of the results in the mail. Once the results are published, you will also have access to the report online as well as have the ability to create your own more detailed custom reports. And you will have access to all of the articles on the website.
