Join owners and managers of 20-unit and larger apartments in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap, and Thurston counties who participate in our spring and fall rent and vacancy survey. In return, receive a free copy of the results of this research, The Apartment Vacancy Report Executive Summary.
We conduct the survey each spring, between March 10th and March 17th, and each fall between September 10 and September 17th.
Participants receive a report of the survey results showing rents and vacancies by neighborhood and unit type (studios, one-bedrooms, etc.). Participants also have online access to the report as well as the ability to create their own more detailed custom reports. And participants have access to all of the articles on this website (most articles can only be viewed by our subscribers and participants).
We will conduct the next survey between September 10th and September 17th, 2008. To participate in the next survey, just complete the sign-up form (see the link below) and return it to us (email, mail, or fax) by September 20th.
Sending us the sign-up form will let us set up a contact record for you and a property record for your property/properties in our system so that we will mail you the next survey.
If you do participate in the next survey, you will receive a report of the results in the mail. Once the results are published, you will also have access to the report online as well as have the ability to create your own more detailed custom reports. And you will have access to all of the articles on the website.
