Content

The Apartment Development Report is a forecast of development for each of 50 neighborhoods in the Tri-county market area. Each data page shows our submarket forecast, quarterly, for two years. These pages also break down the quarterly forecast based on the current status of the developments. In addition, each data page shows neighborhood development activity for the past ten years, helping to put current and planned development activity in perspective.

The report also includes a list of those developments. The list helps clients assess our construction forecast, and keep it up to date between our semiannual reports.

You can compare the number of units actually under construction with those in the planning stage. You can also use the list of developments we are tracking to monitor development progress.

In addition to the printed report we send subscribers by UPS, subscribers also get immediate access to the report in their "my account" section of our web site, as well as a "Development File." Using the online Development File (Excel format), you can change completion dates, or add or delete units or properties and revise the forecast based on changes in the market you know about.
