We have surveyed rents and vacancies in single-family rentals, multiplexes (2-4 unit apartments), and small 5-19 unit apartment buildings in King and Snohomish counties since 1998. We publish the results each spring in our 1-19 Unit Apartment Report.
The printed report shows current rents and vacancies by neighborhood for single-family rental properties, multiplexes, and 5-19 unit apartment buildings, as well as trends in parking charges, water/sewer charges, forecasts, and more.
The online version of the report shows rent and vacancy trends by neighborhood over the past ten years. The online report also lets subscribers create their own custom reports.
If you subscribe on July 2, 2009, your subscription includes the current (May 2009) report, published on April 29, 2009. You have immediate online access to this report. Your online access expires on January 31, 2010.
If you want to begin your subscription with an earlier date, or the next issue rather than the current issue, please contact us. (Note: First time subscribers usually do not get a full year's access online. That's due to the timing of our publication dates. However, timely renewals do get a full year of online access.)
The 1-19 Unit Apartment Report costs $150.00 (plus sales tax where applicable).
Investors and property managers should find this report a useful tool in comparing neighborhood rents and vacancies as well comparing the performance of specific properties.
In addition to the printed version of this report, which we mail to you, subscribers can also access the report online immediately upon subscribing to the report. This online capability means you have access to The 1-19 Unit Apartment Report from anywhere at any time, as long as you have access to the internet.
We survey single-family and apartment investors, professional property managers, and on-site property managers every spring. Each member of this "Panel of Experts" takes time to share rental market information for his or her properties by completing our survey.
The survey questionnaire asks participants to provide information about current rents, turnover rents, vacancies, concessions, turnover rates, how long apartments stay vacant, parking charges, water and sewer billing, their views about the market, plans for the next six months, and more.
Participants receive a free Executive Summary of the results. (Learn more about participating.)
